Craftee was created by Eliza Elbaum, a high school student with a love for crafting and a passion for sharing it with others.
Needlepoint has become one of Eliza's favorite creative outlets - helping her relax, focus, and spend less time on screens. She believes it can do the same for other kids!
Eliza started Craftee to make needlepoint more accessible and exciting for teens and tweens. Her kits and workshops are designed to be fun, modern, and beginner friendly because everyone deserves to experience the joy of stitching.

Hi! I'm Eliza, and I'm so happy you're here.
Craftee started with a simple idea: I wanted to teach my younger cousins a creative hobby we could enjoy together. I first tried knitting, but it was tricky to learn. Then I discovered needlepoint, and everything changed. It was easy to pick up, relaxing, creative, and something we could do almost anywhere.
When I went looking for beginner projects, I was surprised by how expensive they were. As an artist, I decided to create my own modern, affordable designs that kids and teens would actually be excited to stitch. Before long, my cousins were stitching, then their friends, and soon I was teaching classes throughout my community.
Today, my goal is simple: to help more people discover the joy of creating something with their own hands. Needlepoint has become my favorite way to unplug, slow down, and be creative, and I hope Craftee inspires others to do the same.
